Fate brought a Greek boy and an American girl together at Kraken Beach bar in the summer of 2023. Lucky for Athena, Adam spoke English because she told him “I only speak a little Greek!” The two talked for hours that night and realized they had a special connection. Adam soon learned though that Athena was planning to move back to Michigan in one month! It took those hours of talking and a few dates later for Adam and Athena to realize how special their connection truly was. Athena decided to stay in Greece which would lead the two of them on the start of a journey of a lifetime.

After a year of trips and experiences from Greece to America it was time for the two of them to take their relationship to the next level. On September 21, 2024, Adam drove Athena to a small church, Agia Anna, in the mountains of Tzia. They danced amidst the setting sun and then Adam got on one knee to ask Athena to marry him. She wholeheartedly said yes! They can’t wait to celebrate the start of the rest of our lives together.

Greece is a very special place to the two of them. It is where Adam grew up and where Athena has many special memories with her family. It is also where they fell in love! They are very excited to share the beauty of Greece with you all, and have you by their side to celebrate the start of their life together as husband and wife.
